Hal recognizing Clark is a given. Whether Clark recognizes Hal is another matter. Remember the Law of the Mask; a simple domino mask is enough to conceal one’s identity even from those nearest and dearest. Also, Clark has been hit with multiple shocks in several hours and I doubt he’s even really registering anyone other than “Person in red”, "Person in Green”, etc. 

Chloe would probably pick up on it under normal conditions, but she’s majorly distracted which is why GL only seems familiar to her.

They both need time to process. 

And pancakes. They definitely need pancakes.
