[FFML] Continue dead or abandon fics by other authors

Undocumented Features certainly qualifies.  It got so big, Benjamin
Hutchins has asked people to stop writing for it b/c any more new authors
start screwing up the continuity.

It started with references to Dirty Pair and Robotech.  Its currently
making references to Avatar, Strike Witches and Mass Effect, while still
incorporating content from oldies like Utena, Giant Robo, and Magic Knight
Rayearth.

Another, slightly lesser, entry is Gabriel Blessing's "In Flight", a
Sekirei/Fate Stay Night x-over.  It's one of those ideas that... just
grew.  It has enough continuations and AUs to keep anyone busy for a long
time.
