[FFML] Continue dead or abandon fics by other authors.

With all the respect mythril, I don't think that it is an insult to ask
such a thing.

If someone would like to continue one of my dead fics, I would consider it
a praise, more than an insult.

Anyway, it would explain the few dead fics that had been continued by other
authour.

And it would no longer be the same story, but at least it would be a story
with a begining and an end.
