[FFML] Continue dead or abandon fics by other authors.

Hi.

A few minutes ago, Sebastien Renon asked for information about a dead fic.

Time and time again, I have been thinking if another author could continue
dead fics with the permission of the original author.

I know that could be some problems with it, but I would like to know your
opinion.
