Lurker, this is starting to veer off topic, and your point has already
been established.  I think it would be more constructive to just let
it go, if you feel enough advice has already been given.

Peter, take a few breaths, think about things -- maybe for a day or
two, if you like -- and then try and apply the advice you were given
earlier in the thread.  But since I want to try and be constructive as
well, let me add this:

We learn and improve by moving forward.  Many of us have issues, but
the key it to avoid letting those issues become shields we use to
deflect personal responsibility and hide from our true potential to
grow.  But, growing/improving/overcoming is seldom going to be a quick
and easy task (no matter how we might wish otherwise).

We can't always take shortcuts, because they tend to lead to bad
habits.  Dragon Speaking will help you get words down faster, but the
patterns we speak in and the ones we write in aren't exactly the same,
so you are likely to end up trading one set of problems for another.
If you give your idea to someone else and they edit your writing to
correct it, that might work in the short-term, but ultimately, it's
just a shortcut.

Those may be tools you don't need to rely on.  You're halfway there;
you've got an idea, and you just need to work on expressing it clearly
(grammar, spelling, punctuation).  Those things require study, and if
that doesn't work for you, what worked for me is practice.  Maybe what
you should try doing is this:

Set aside a major project for a later day, any try something a bit
simpler to begin.  Give yourself 'spamfic' sized projects to start and
practice working on, something a scene in length at a time.  Start
small and work your way up.

That will make it much easier (speaking from experience) for you to
improve, learn good habits, and prepare yourself for a larger project.

Point being, we may stumble, and occasionally fall, but if we start
with small steps, then that will happen a lot less often.
