[FFML] [ADMIN] External connection weirdness

As of last night, it appears that there is an issue between my machine and 
maybe half of the internet that is possibly caused by a loss of a single 
connection.  The best way I can describe this is that, according to the 
provider this server is on, there is a hole in the internet, and it seems 
to be affecting everything within the building that Bast lives on.

I do not yet have an estimated time to resolution, but hope to have one 
soon.  In the meantime, know this: if you can read this message, either 
you are not at all affected by this, or the situation has been resolved.
