[FFML] [COEG]Unfinished PDF preview

oh, and John... there are times I want to shake you for the inconsistency 
with which you use paragraph breaks from chapter to chapter. You didn't use 
a consistent (space paragraph) at the end of the lines in "Slouching Towards 
Bethlehem", so I am having to go through EACH AND EVERY PARAGRAPH to delete 
the line breaks!!!!!!!!!!

*mutters something about fingers and bones as she goes back to editing*
