I'm glad to do it; I hoped this might be a useful perspective to you.

Perhaps not.  With an angle of it being 7 years later and many things
having changed, yeah, it's probably fine, in retrospect.  While people
are reading to find out how Ranma and Akane got together and all the
other relationships settled themselves (or possibly didn't settle
themselves), you do have the luxury of working in more about the Mongol.

I see.  So it's more like the joke she and Kuno played on Ranma when
they first arrived.  That makes a lot more sense to me now.

Yeah, an entirely unintended act on my part that I realized mere seconds
after sending the message.  I guess I'll stick to something other than
gmail web interface from now on.
