No, it's not just you.  It doesn't come out in the story much because Keiko already dislikes Nakamori Ginzo, so the fact that everybody else openly dislikes him is, to her, simply "Ah, at last you all see what I see!  Moving on..."  In canon, she does that a fair bit.

The problem with disgracing Nakamori Ginzo is that, in canon, the man is already disgraced.  His obsession with Kaitou Kid quite literally dominates his life.  He already doesn't have a social life (his companions of choice are his fellow Kaitou Kid Task Force members), he has already sacrificed every promotion that's come his way (because they would take him away from Kaitou Kid), his relationship with his daughter is problematic (canon event: after a heist, Kaito lights up the sky with fireworks reading "Happy Birthday Aoko!"; at the post-heist drinking party the Task Force are holding, Inspector Nakamori remarks, "Um, I feel like there was something important happening today that I've forgotten...") and he uses every favour he earns with the rest of the Police Department to cadge forensic assistance to hunt Kaitou Kid with.  The only thing that might make him feel even a little bit sorry for his actions was if they got him kicked off the Task
 Force, and he's a good enough detective that that's not going to happen.  He's actually getting quite a lot of subtle, social punishments, like shunning, being deliberately left out of promotion lists, and the Kaitou Kid Task Force being the latest anywhere-but-there transfer destination inside the police department, but he quite literally doesn't notice, because it's not impacting anything he considers important.  And because he doesn't notice, he doesn't behave like he's being punished.  You're not the only one annoyed and frustrated by that.

This story being written in limited third-person, I could only write what Keiko saw. I normally write third-person omniscient or first-person informed - I did say I was trying to work with unfamiliar techniques with this series, didn't I?  This one was to work with that, also to work out the bugs with the whole 'Kaito reveals everything, goes away, comes back and sweeps Aoko off her feet' cliche in MK fanfic, and also because I thought Aoko's friends would have something to say about the whole situation.  It turned out that Keiko had a LOT to say (and none of it very flattering to Kaito!).

And apparently, so did I!  Thank you for letting me blather.  I am really glad you enjoyed the story.
