[FFML] Do we want an IRC channel? Was Re: New moderator

Not to be rude, But its the Fukufics channel from fukufics.com. A sight
many of you have had negative views on in the past.

If any one wants to stop by they are welcome. As community ff writers is
shrinking(good ones at any rate), but any one showing up just to make rude
comments would promptly get banned.
