[FFML] Do we want an IRC channel? Was Re: New moderator

The typical URL syntax for that (compatible w/some
IRC programs) is:

irc://irc.lunarnet.org/#fukufics

So...do list members want to adopt this as an official
IRC channel?  If so, do we wish to log the channel
for the benefit of those who aren't always online?
(Some of us turn our computers off when we sleep.
Which means, yes, some of us actually sleep.)
