Considering the events that conspired to produce the underage magic trial in 
the first place, it's conceivable it wouldn't even be a factor in this 
story's development. It's infinitely more likely that SHIELD would 
*immediately* deal with the threat of Voldemort as soon as he reappears as 
soon as Tony gets wind of it from Harry.
