[FFML] [ADMIN] Change on server - size limitations for inbound email

Hey, guys.  

I've just made a change on the server that restricts the maximum size
of any single inbound email to 1 MB - and I'm doing this because I'm
tired of spammers sending me huge files. =)  This should not affect the
day to day operation of the FFML, unless you write 1 MB of material -
at which point we ask that you split it up into a few parts for easier
reading, because that's about the typewritten equivalent of
approximately one ream of paper. =D
