[FFML] [ADMIN] We got glitchy for a few minutes, but we feel better now!

So for a few minutes this evening after I switched to a secondary
blacklist (a server used to deflect spam), I realized that my gmail
account was not able to get through because I had used the wrong
server.  So for about three minutes, any email sent to the list will
have bounced.

Long and short is this - if you got a bounce message when posting to
the list, go ahead and resend the message. 

I'll be watching things to make sure everything still works.
