Er, that series needs punctuation, unless he was a gold mine about 
(Peter and Pepper and Tony).
"...he was a gold mine about Peter, and Pepper and Tony soaked up 
every word." I think is correct, though breaking it into two sentences 
would probably read better: "...he was a gold mine about Peter. Pepper 
and Tony soaked up every word."

Thanks for clarifying, I would've assumed Frank Castle, which would 
have been confusing.
