I forgot to run it through the recent addition to my process to add more
newlines.  There should have still been tabs, though.

I'll send a reformatted copy to anyone who requests one privately.

I could have sworn it was referred to as the Fourth's somewhere, but now
that you mention it I can't find a source for that.  Ah well.
