Two things.
First, I would suggest double spacing between paragraphs, or at least tabbing the beginning, as it makes it easier to tell when one begins.

Second, the Forbidden Scroll is not the scroll of the Fourth Hokage, but Kinjutsu sealed away by the First Hokage.
