Suggestion:  In the real world, Usagi and Minako have the powers and Naru
and Umino are totally normal.  In the Dreamlands, Naru and Umino are the big
Dreaming figures who do things like drop by Kadath for tea while Usagi and
Minako have to play sidekick to their cats and Naru and Umino too.

And Usagi narcolepsy = the win in this, definitely.
