Actually, the precise rules of grammar change with the medium.  For
example, the rules on when to italicize vs. when to underline in
a newspaper article are slightly different from those when writing
a novel, and both differ from the rules for a comic book (including
manga, whether translated or manga-style comics originally written
in English).  Then again, one could say that each of these mediums
somewhat mangles the grammar rules of others (comics again being an
example, though manga typically not so much).

Also, it's "speech", not "speach".
