[FFML] Question about how to keep the text as is after submitted

As others have pointed out, ASCII is the safest (and most basic) format
-- doesn't lend itself quite so much to virii or malware.
I'd suspect the bandwidth issue would play a significant role as well.
The extra coding in HTML uses a *lot* of bandwidth. That may not be so
much of an issue for most of us, but some of us still have dialup.
