[FFML] Good bye

So long FFML 

I've been reading fanfics since the  late 1970's or early 1980's  and in the early 1990's quickly found Eyrie 
and that along with a few others eventually led me to the FFML.

Somewhere in the 1990's I started collecting fanfics and FFML posting on 3.5 inch floppies.

 I'd make trips every four months or so to a university town sixty miles one way(down hill both ways.) for a 
library with internet access and download fanfics in marathon sessions from fanfic sites and especially the 
FFML archives always had at least one of my many carefully modified plastic Hershey cocoa boxes filled 
with at least a dozen blank floppies set aside just for the FFML archives downloads.

In the very late 1990's as soon as my area's  phones switched from party lines to private phone lines and I 
could find a dial up ISP that was within reasonable long distance rates I set up my first "home" email 
account specifically to join  the FFML and while it wasn't the first thing I did with that account it was in the 
top five.

Since that time over twenty years ago I've had a least six ISP's and as many "home" email accounts all of 
which were signed up  to the FFML..

Now this year in July not only do  I find that my current  main or "home" email provider for the past ten years 
is shutting down, but I'll also not be able to move my FFML to what ever my new "home" email will be.

This message won't quite be the last message sent from hmelton at wildblue.net, but I guess that fits since 
moving/rejoining FFML was never quite the first message on any of my other accounts, just close and 
always in the top twenty. 

Good Bye FFML sadly for the first time in over twenty years I'll not be rejoining with my new email.
