seeing a lot of isekai deconstructions and parodies of late; I wonder if
it's a trend.

% Thanks. Since there is so much out there and it's a lot alike, the deconstruction tends to make them different. That picture of the Stock Light Novel hero made me weep. Or write parodies like this. :)
