[FFML] Shipping question

If a guy and a lady are in love, such that their story is clearly written
as shipping them...

...and then the guy gets his mind scrambled (or more precisely,
unscrambled) and turns out to have been a sleeper agent...

...and then the lady is killed by her younger sister, who has been in love
with and woke up the sleeper agent...

...is this still considered the same ship if written by someone named
Theseus?
