As I noted earlier (although you might not have gotten the message -- I know that I've missed some due to bouncing), it doesn't work that way. It's far more likely that your Internet is simply wonky enough that it's experiencing periodic hiccoughs and that this causes problems for sustained downloads.
That said, it doesn't matter. The point of linking wget is that it has an option for resuming an interrupted download.
The fact that this sort of thing is difficult with cloud-based programs is why we've been re-uploading it to other services.
