[FFML] New Archive going up

I have a little bit of stuff from 2007 that is not in the archive.  It doesn't seem to be much but it is there.  There is also some stuff from 2001 that didn't make it in.  I know at least seme from the Refuge (anifics) made it in, but it doesn't look like anything posted to the patchmonky.net list got backed up.  Though there were quite a few people cross posting not everyone did....    Then there was 2 different Listbot.com lists as well that has stuff that is not in the archive and has a good number of posts actually it looks like there was about 10 different ones at that time....

Oh this should be fun just trying to fix this....  I should not have broken my archives up as much as I did.

Folders currently without any posts in them:
March 1997 - I don't have anything for this, and unless someone else has it I don't think we are getting it back 🙁
Feburary - May 2001 - I have emails to get sorted out for this.  I forget the original cause of this.  I think it was because we lost the fanfic.com domain.

Only about 43,000 files to go.
