[FFML] New Archive going up

As there have been a couple of people asking for an archive.  I've set up a very down and dirty archive.  It basically has 0 features that I would like it to have, and there have been a couple of issues with the upload.  I'm going to have to check the log in later after I get up later this morning.  This covers most of 1995-2007.  There is only the first two months of 2007, and there are some other months missing in there.  I will try and rebuild the missing months and more of the 2007 files so we can have nearly complete archive from before Dennis took over.

It's still uploading right now at 1:40 4/11/2021 and has over 111,000 files still to upload....

Hopefully this won't get shutdown by the host right away.  The size of the archive isn't huge or anything, but it is a lot of files this way.  Each message is a separate html file along with some attachments.
