For my personal note... I've mostly just lurked here and read, though 
there was one fic I was maybe a pre-reader on ( until my email died 
for a year or so; apologies for that v_v ), and I sent some other 
feedback and proofreadings occasionally.

Along with the decline in the ML volume, I've just quit reading as 
much email in the past five (ish) years :( I still have a bit over 300 
unread posts from here--some from as far back as '08. (I'd actually 
made some progress on that in the past year, but for reasons that 
escape me, I'm just not taking the time to read that I used to.)

I got started with anime fanfic in '99 (probably?) when I found 
r.a.a.c; once I lost access to that (in '06, it looks like) I found my 
way over here. Personally, I still prefer email to forum formats: 
forums seem like more of a chore to wade through, especially if there 
is a reasonable amount of traffic :(


I know I no longer have the time to slog through a big 'fic site to 
find things on the better-than-average side of the scale, but I'm 
certainly collecting links that anyone here posts to their own stuff :)

I shall also have to check through the final archive, once that goes 
up, and reread some great stories I haven't gone back to or have 
forgotten.


To everyone involved in making this place what it was, my thanks and 
appreciation.
