Technically yes, but probably only by allowing JS from *that* site
instead, which again I'd rather not do (although I have somewhat less
objection to it than I do to the same from the MS provider).

In my case, I wouldn't actually upload the file, except by transferring
it across the household LAN; we have a static IP and an
externally-addressable domain name (on top of gigabit speeds, or what
are supposed to be such), and I could very probably just drop the file
into the Webspace that's reachable from that domain and see things Just
Work.
