[FFML] Atb.: The end of the FFML

It wouldn't be all that difficult nor expensive to set up the FFML 
somewhere else. The service I use to host my garykleppe.org domain costs 
me $4/month for hosting plus domain registration which is currently 
something like $13/year.

The question is, do we really want to? The amount of actual serious 
writing discussion on the list over the past few years has been pretty 
close to zero. There's little point in doing this if people are not 
willing to put in the work to make it work. If the list is only going to 
serve as a conduit for authors to get their stories to readers, there 
are other venues that can fulfill that function.
