[FFML] [ADMIN] Server level changes instituted due to mail policy changes elsewhere

If you are unsure whether your posts are appearing on the list, your 
first stop should be here:

http://www.chez-vrolet.net/pipermail/ffml/

Anything posted to the email list will end up here. If your posts are 
not here, then they didn't go out, at least not yet. If they are, it is 
99.99% likely that they did go out via email. (It's possible that the 
list is processing posts through to the archives but not sending them 
out via email due to some weird reason, but this is unlikely to happen 
in practice, especially without someone noticing.)

Your second stop should be the list admins at 
ffml-admins at chez-vrolet.net. If there's a problem with your list 
subscription, it's better not to bother all the other list subscribers 
with it when most likely the admins are the only ones who could do 
anything about it.

Please also remember that if you must reply to an Admin post on the 
list, remove the [Admin] (or in this case [ADMIN]) tag in the subject 
line, so that no one mistakes your post for another Admin post. (Yes, I 
didn't do this, because I am a list admin and this is an official admin 
post.)
