[FFML] [ADMIN] Extended outage caused by power failure

If you've ried to post to the list since the evening of Wednesday,
January 16, 2019, you've probably noticed a distinct lack of activity.  

Quite simply, owing to a windstorm that affected the site, we were down
until power was restored - and because windstorms and power outages
and being hosted out of a data center in a friend's home (believe it
or not!), this can be regrettably extended over a prolonged period. It's
also painful at the site, I'm certain - having been through a two-day
outage following a windstorm that shut down Washington state for
days...well, I'm sure some of you have been through worse.  =)

Suffice it to say, we're back - because if we weren't, this post would
be sitting in a queue on my workstation at home. =)
