% Yay! Someone vaguely remembers this fic started... nearly 18 years ago.. Meaning this might be older than some of the readers. Or even many of them. 

% But it's not dead just yet. And I only nearly died once in the course of it (infection went septic. As a side note, you start to become incoherent when your temp goes over the 105 mark).

Did Rose say "Who," or did she spell out W-H-O? Tigra's response would 
seem to indicate the former.

IR being a fairly proper speaker, this should be "whom" rather than "who."

I would reframe this to avoid the unfortunate double meaning of "turn 
on" (which is how I read it on first glance).

% I... never even thought of that. It actually took me two readthroughs to get what you meant it was so set in my head. Thanks for pointing it out.

HULK: Hulk not drink, but somebody here going to get smashed.

I'm sure this is a deliberate author license, but just for the record, 
computers don't work that way. If what Hulk had broken had been 
something peripheral, it would've worked normally except for not being 
able to use that peripheral. If Hulk broke the computer itself, it would 
just stop working. If I hadn't already read the author notes, I'd have 
thought that Ultron was stalling for time here as he transferred his 
consciousness onto another system.

% Oh, absolutely. This was kind of a satire of the 'machine goes evil trope' that was averted. 

% I learn all sort of neat words from the internet.

% Thanks. Since it's an Omake, it's more about the dialogue than the action.

For what this tried to do, it was pretty good. It might have been nice 
to see a little of W.H.O./Ultron's point of view, to build up his hopes 
of being a major threat before getting crushed with one blow of Hulk's 
mighty fist. (I don't know who he is... no, wait, actually I do.) But 
this was just a quick interlude and I can understand not wanting to 
spend much time on it.

% Yeah. I might post the Black Talon chapter at some point. We get zombies, Scooby Doo, and Lovecraft references all in the same mini-chapter.

% And thanks a lot for the C+C. Between my long delays between chapters and the real life time that has passed, have no idea how many people still read this. Luckily still had a lot of the outline all around the place, and I know how I'm going to end everything. While I don't want to rush it, I don't want to delay either. Anyone having read it this long, I should give them the payoff to all the buildup. (And have no fears, True Believers. Rei Ayanami does not change everyone into Tang.)
