[FFML] The mailing list active!!!!!! shocking....

We probably need some amount of people interacting at all before we need to
worry about the risk of turning any of them away, though i do agree that if
a parallel format were offered it would probably result in the mailing list
being the poorer sibling in terms of subscription. Still, i don't think the
amount of "extra work" involved would be very significant; authors looking
for detailed feedback could state that they are posting to both the list
and the forum for this purpose. Readers who are not interested in providing
or reading detailed feedback would probably not be subscribed to the list
in the first place. Whether or not it would result in additional work for
the administrators would depend on how much they need to interact with the
forum platform; if the FFML forum were just a sub-community in a larger
forum, i suspect this would be minimal.
