[FFML] [ADMIN] FAQ updated, and seeking FAQ maintainer(s)

Heya.  

I've gone and updated the FAQ, which is admittedly sorely out of date
(and in fact had not actually been updated since I took over operation
of the list - sorry about that).  An updated version will be posted
shortly after I post this message.  

This said, we are now looking for a FAQ maintainer or two.  I've taken
up the hat of FAQ maintainer for the time being, but I would be
happy if somebody else is willing to wear this hat.  If you are
interested, please let us know off list by way of
ffml-owner at chez-vrolet.net.
