AN : This was made using Worm CYOA version 3 now. Here's some info.

AN2 : Since I believe in giving credit where credit is due the rebirth scene 
and a few others are taken from "Spirit Within", "Spirit Within II", and 
"Spirit Within III" a series of Ranma 1/2 fanfics written by Sean D'anna.

And yes, I did get his permission to use such scenes in a fic I was looking 
on long ago. I never did finish that fic, but I'll use them in this one.

AN3 : While the SI will undergo a self-appointed training regimen that looks 
like it comes right out of Ranma 1/2, the SI will not be pulling off KI 
attacks and such. This is Worm, not Ranma 1/2 now. Though Ki techniques will 
not be possible ones that do not rely on it like the Kachu Tenshin 
Amaguriken might be doable since it relies on pure speed for it.

Prologue



It was just an ordinary night in the house as I went about doing... whatever 
I usually do. Just an ordinary boring night. But, currently unknown to me, 
that was soon to change now.

As I sat in front of my comp playing a very heavily modded Skyrim, there was 
a poof of smoke. Then I heard a voice that sounded like it belonged to a 
demonic evil villain. "Where in the multiverse am I at now?" I looked over 
to where the voice was coming from and I saw... Something that made me think 
my guess was spot on... cause it looked big, red, and mean. And it had black 
horns. It looked kinda like Darkness from the "Legend" movie.

"Eeek." I said. This proved to be a mistake as it drew it's attention. I 
wilted under the cold demonic gaze of my uninvited guest.

It looked at me and said "I'm having a particularly bad day, you're the 
first mortal I've come across, and I'm going to screw your life over."

"Ugh..." I said while just blankly staring.

"I'm going to put you in a Worm CYOA, and I'm going to make your choices for 
you." He said.

I paled then, that sounded very bad.

"You will be reincarnated as a normal human of my choice and will have no 
lesser, greater, or world breaking powers. I'll be nice about it. I'll even 
let you keep your memories and their memories too." he said with glee.

I wasn't feeling very gleeful at the moment though.

"Due to you not being allowed powers the Cauldron Vials will not work for 
you and the Item of Power will instead produce an item or spell of your 
choice." he proclaimed.

I was frantically looking around for a way out of this but didn't find one.

"You can only choose an 'Advantages' once. No choosing it more than once 
allowed. Same goes for 'A Brighter World?'." he explained while smiling.

He hands me some papers and says "Fill out your 'Advantages' and 'A Brighter 
World?' and I'll handle the rest. Oh, I've already set your difficulty. 
Well, come on and take them... or do I have to use this?" he asked while 
brandishing what looked like a demonic scythe at me.

With a feeling of resignation I reach for the papers and so I choose for...

I looked at the papers and saw that "Difficulty" was set at "Standard" for 
five points. Ok that was good. I could work with that.

Looking at the "Powers" section I saw that all "Powers" were greyed out. I 
flipped over to "Advantages" and tried to decide what to choose. I saw some 
pretty good ones there and made my choices.

I chose "Badass Normal" for two points, "Charles Atlas Superpowers" for one 
point, "Comic Book Pretty" for one point, "Companion" for two points and I 
was choosing a reformed Sunset Shimmer, "Item of Power" for one point and I 
was choosing a spell that would give me Captain America's vibranium/uru 
shield and a version of his uniform made of unstable molecules, "Man of 
Mystery" for one point, "Plot Armor" for two points, and "Resources" for two 
points.

I then looked at the "A Brighter World?" section and chose for that.

I chose "For Want of a Nail" for one point that shards do not cause 
conflict, and "Crossover" for two points choosing "Friendship is Magic".

I then handed the papers back to the Darkness look-a-like.

He took them and read over my choices. "Hmmm... interesting choices you've 
made. You are in debt by ten points. Well, let's see what kind of 
'Disadvantages' I can choose for you. Let's see... I'll give you 'Enemy' for 
one point and I'm making her Tirek's illegitimate daughter who hates you, 
'Reincarnation' for one point and I'm going to make it someone you wouldn't 
expect, 'Geas' for one point and I'll stick you with a compulsion to be a 
nudist whenever you can like it describes in the 'Shameless Fanservice Girl' 
Trope on TV Tropes, 'Wanted' three times for three points with the 
ABB/E88/Merchants, and 'Without A Map' for two points with you stumbling 
across a three-way fight between the E88/ABB/Merchants. As for 'Things Get 
Worse' I choose 'Disastrous' for two points and give you a Fourth 
Endbringer."

I paled at some the choices he had just listed. And paled some more too. 
Those did not sound like much fun.

"Well, that takes care of that." he said. "You now owe zero points. Your 
point debt is cleared. As for who you are getting reincarnated as, I'll let 
that be a surprise. As for the Fourth Endbringer... Well you have Behemoth 
controlling Earth, Simurgh controlling Air, and Leviathan controlling Water. 
Now you will have Incinerator and she will control Fire."

Something must have showed on my face because he chuckled and laughed.

"Be grateful I did not stick you with some of the worse options." he said.

I shuddered at the thought of that.

"Right." he said. "So... Bye bye now, have fun!"

There is a sudden disorientation, and I am gone.

Darkness was all I could see. I could not move and it had been so for a long 
time. I occupied his time by playing back the many memories of my past life. 
"Perhaps this is what heaven is," I thought. I felt very warm and secure. 
Then everything changed; behind me I felt something give.

I felt something push me forward and crush me. I tried to breathe but no air 
could be found, I writhed as I felt the world shift forward, in a panic he 
began to struggle. The wall around me began to close together.

'Oh god! I've gone to hell!' I thought desperately. I felt something grip my 
head hard and pull. I felt cool air on the top of my head and tried to open 
my eyes, but they seemed sealed shut. I felt myself being lifted into the 
air by my feet and bright lights surrounded me.

A sudden pain came across my back and I saw a large colorful blur move 
towards me. I registered speech in the air and I realized what had happened. 
I had just been born. I began to scream.

The only sound I could make.

A few months later I lay in my crib. I listened to the voices coo and coddle 
me and the shapes that started to focus around me became clearer, soon I was 
beginning to recognize them but they were still blurry and my instinct was 
lessening so I was no longer so attracted to mere movement. Then one day I 
woke up and saw two faces clearly as my eyes finally began to focus clearly. 
I looked up at the faces looking down on me, one was calm and loving and the 
other was jovial and loving as well.

My mother looked at me and said "Aren't you the sweetest thing my dear 
little girl."

'Girl?' I thought. 'Girl??? Girl!'

My father looked at me and said "You're the most perfect little of a girl 
there ever was my dear Madison."

'Madison?' I thought in shock. 'Madison! MADISON!'

I just lay there in shock at the fact that I'd been reincarnated as Madison. 
As Madison Clements. A cruel bully.

I did the only thing I could do.

I opened my mouth.

And I screamed.
