[FFML] Shadow Chronicles website has closed

I agree. After all this time, "The Shadow Chronicles" still lingers in my mind as one of the few longer Ranma 1/2 fics (or interconnected fics) which managed to be good at action and character development without indulging in character bashing - nobody that I can recall was ever handled a Villain Ball or even an Idiot Ball. As well as simply being well-written in general, of course.

    Ah, *crud.*  I kept holding out a faint hope that he might 
eventually pull a "Hearts of Ice" on it, but...  dangit.  That was one 
of the stories that I most wanted to see to the end.  He had a great 
grasp of the characters' voices, the worldbuilding was amazing, and the 
story did an great job of the "slow reveal," peeling away the hidden 
depths over time in a cohesive, consistent fashion.
