Alright, this is it.  Time to upgrade Bast.

I will be taking the mail server offline at 20:00 PST (UTC-8) to perform
needed upgrades to this server.  I expect to be offline for about two
hours.  During this time, you may still send posts to the list, but any
such posts will be delayed until the mail server comes back online.
