[FFML] Continue dead or abandon fics by other authors.

A fanfanfic is a separate story based upon, or inspired by, a fanfic,
rather than by original source material. A direct continuation is ...
exactly that. And I agree that the term 'fanfanfic' is awkward, hence
why I said that it is a term that used to be used (in a particular
segment of fandom that is now more or less dead).
