This is spoofed.

I HAVE NOT BEEN HACKED. However, someone obtained parts of my contact list
a long, long time ago and from time to time will use it, spoofing my
address.

There's nothing I can do about it, I'm afraid, since the emails in question
are not genuinely coming from my account.
