[FFML] [ADMIN] Brief server downtime tonight at 22:00 PDT (GMT-7)

There's a new kernel coming down the pipe, and it's been installed. As
such, I'm going to restart the server around 22:00 PDT (GMT-7).  As per
usual, service disruption will be minimal - you can post to the list,
but expect delays; also, the archive will be unavailable for a few
minutes once the server restarts.
