You’re backsliding. This isn’t even long enough to be a drabble, much less a short story.

Of course, you’ve been remarkably resistant to advice and criticism before, but I challenge you:  Write an actual story for once.  Something with a plot that includes a beginning, a middle, and an end.  Heck, base it on one of your many many multiple-times-posted fragments that you’ve got kicking around the net.  Then post it here; I daresay you will get a lot of good advice.  SURPRISED good advice, maybe, but good advice nonetheless.
