And, as The High Judge demonstrated in "Millenials", a slightly older 
Chibi-Usa, say 13 or 14, is much more interesting than the spore we saw 
in seasons 3 and (especially) 4.

"Survivors" is an interesting and enjoyable story; hopefully I'll get 
time soon for a full C&C.
