[FFML] [ADMIN] Unsubscribing, spam filtering, and the likes of this

I'm sending this publicly, rather than directly to ffml-admins as requested,
since there's a chance other people might benefit from the answer. If this is a
bad idea, I apologize; let me know and I'll probably not do it again.

The last time I needed to change E-mail addresses, it was because I had
unexpectedly lost access to my previous E-mail account (the People Who Pay For
It decided to change ISPs without notifying me, and at the time I was using an
ISP-provided account). Without access to the account, I was naturally unable to
send an "unsubscribe" message.

In that particular case I was able to temporarily regain access to do what I
needed to do, but that may not be possible in every such case. What's the
appropriate thing to do in that case, with regard to the FFML subscription?
