[FFML] [ADMIN] System migration, again

So, here's the skinny.

Our rack operator has noted that it is in his best interests to move 
everything on the rack to a virtual machine configuration.  So with this, 
he has invested in a very, VERY powerful system that can handle several 
virtual machines.

Including this machine.

So the annoying news is that in the coming weeks we will be doing a server 
migration again, which will spell some brief downtime for FFML.

The good news for this list, however, is that post times will be reduced 
that much more.  (Checking the timing on this, it's about 45 seconds from 
time of receipt to completion of distribution.  With the RAM and CPU power 
I'll have on the virtual box, my estimates are that it will be less than 
1/3 that - 10, 15 seconds, maybe.)

For me there are a few ups and downs in this regard, but I'm expecting 
we'll be able to overcome them pretty easily.  Most of it is the disk 
space - I'll only have about 200 GB to work with on this end, a sharp 
contrast from the 1 TB that I set up in this box.  Only reason, though, is 
that 2 TB server drives are about 3-4x the cost of the 1 TB server drives 
at last check.  But, that should not affect this list.
