My comment on this story is that maybe it takes characters away from where
they started.  When was the last time that happened in fanfiction?  I think
that lambasting the story as was done goes a little far.  I will agree that
it takes what is probably a very serious mental concern and has some people
ignore or accept it when they probably shouldn't but again that really isn't
that unusual for either fanfiction or anime in general.  I will say that the
second half of the story seemed to be a little rushed and unfinished.  That
may either be true or the way it was intended, or it may just be that some
of the dialogue felt unfinished.  Yotsuba& has never been the most serious
of stories, so I don't know why we should try and hold writers of it to such
a standard.  I enjoyed it, I thought it was a bit silly, a little
concerning, but for the most part an amusing way to get the two
married/engaged.  I don't feel the need to let myself get too drawn into
pychoanalysis of the psychosis displayed in the story.  My recomendation is
that you take it for what it is.  If the story continues it can easily go
one of two ways from here.  Down a more serious dark path with the adults
trying to get her help and having been humoring her at the end of this one,
or a far more comedic path where we don't really concern ourselves with it.
My main point is please don't think too hard about something, and if you do
present your critisim constructively rather than destructively.
