[FFML] [ADMIN][INFO][SERVER] New server in place, migration coming soon; film at eleven

Hi, your friendly neighborhood server op here.

I have just had installed a new server, nicknamed Bast, to replace the now 
very well aged Kimba.  She is now up and running.

What this basically means is that, in the next couple of weeks, I will be 
committing to a system migration.  Most of what I need to do is just 
migrate configurations, but at one point I will need to stop all services 
on the site, migrate content, and do a few other bits of magic in order to 
get this thing going and make sure she's up and alive.  Suffice it to say, 
this means that FFML - and its archive - will be down briefly for the 
system migration; during that down time, posts to the list will be 
delayed.

More details - including a warning about a day prior to the downtime - 
will follow once I settle on a good time to start the transfers.
