[FFML] [info][announce] Title of Y&!/PN series, and proper chapter order

Until today, I had not actually assigned an overall title to the series of 
Yotsuba&! fics I've been writing this week. Also, I have not been posting 
chapter numbers with the posted chapters. So some folks coming in late on 
this might be feeling pretty confused.

So before I post the ninth chapter, I'm going to go ahead and clear all that 
up.

First off, the series title has been decided:

"Pretty Neighbor 2nd Visit"

So the tags I use to post will change slightly.

Now, as to the numerical chapter order...here is the list of existing 
chapters, in proper numerical order:

2: Ena & Relationships
3: Miura & Ena & Voyeurism
4: Jumbo & Inner Beauty
5: Ayase & Koiwai
6: Yotsuba & Unhappy
7: Miura & Investigation
8: Torako & Pain

10: Miura & Pranks (upcoming)

Sooner or later I'm getting this damn thing up on my website. I just haven't 
had time for all the writing.
