[P&F] Mysterious Older Sister X

Phineas Flynn did not understand his adopted sister. Well, he understood
how his family had come together. How he had been an only child, until the
Fletchers arrived in Danville. How the daughter of friends of the family
had been orphaned, and how earlier they had met to arrange the sale of
Japanese antiques.

No, it was her unusual power, that he simply did not understand at all.

Phineas understood quite a bit more than the average grad student and
especially a whole lot more than any elementary student other than his
brother, Ferb Fletcher. The boys knew how to construct tall buildings in a
single day, how to defy gravity, and travel through dimensions and time,
but they did not know how to explain the powers of their older sister.

"It's about her?" Ferb asked.

"Yes. Are we all through with the gravity-go-round?"  Phineas asked the
other kids.

They all agreed, so he walked into their house.

He found Urabe Fletcher passed out in the living room as usual, drooling on
the coffee table. He gently shook her shoulder then jumped back.

"Huh?"

"We're done now."

"Okay." She wiped off her mouth and stood. She walked into the backyard and
looked up at the giant invention. "All be standing back now please." She
looked around and waited for all of the children to back up a few steps.

Then she flipped her skirt up and pulled a pair of safety scissors out of
her panties. She danced around the invention twirling her scissors at it,
then she stood back.

For a few seconds nothing happened. Then suddenly cracks formed in the
device. It shattered into a thousand pieces that collapsed into a pile of
dust, which then blew away on the breeze.

"Anything?" Phineas asked.

Ferb looked up from their latest analysis device and shook his head sadly.

"Oh, look. What time it is getting. I must go give Jeremy his daily dose."

"Ugh!" Buford said, then quickly looked away when Urabe glanced at him with
one eye showing under her bangs.
