While the idea that Ryouga has been dragooned into being his world's Pluto/Guardian of the Gates of Time is an amusing one, you desperately need an actual plot to go with it.

So, I'd recommend you tear up everything you have so far and begin again, with letters that tell a story instead of function as long lists of your favorite guns.
