[FFML] Ranma 1/2 fanfiction search

After spending the last several days using google, the ranma fanfic archive and fanfiction.net i'm resorting to posting here.



The fic I'm?searching for a Ryoga and Ukyo fic and the only thing?I remember is Ryoga having to fight an original character who pulls an ice cream cart around with him and justifies challenging Ryoga because he was forced to use public transport to find him.
